Shady Creek Outdoor School Program operates during the fall months from September through early December. We also operate between February and the end of May. Each week a new group of approximately 150- 180 fifth and/or sixth grade students attend our week-long residential outdoor school program. We also accommodate some day trips with 4th grade students during these months. During these times Shady Creek Outdoor School operates as a public school entity.
During the off season and on weekends, Shady Creek Outdoor School becomes Shady Creek Outdoor Education and Conference Center; available for use as a business retreat and conference center. This facility is available for overnight and day use for a nominal fee. If you are interested in reserving this facility, please call Willi Slack at (530) 822-2949 for availability.
